For Lichterglanz Bad Ragaz, organized by Light Ragaz, KAUSTIK realized three different light installations in the village center together with Lisa Laser from Packungsbeilage. Historic buildings became carriers of stories, memories, and wishes.

The Hotel Krone was transformed into an oversized gingerbread house. Playful, festive projections turned the façade into a warm, fairy-tale-like appearance and a visual focal point in the nighttime streetscape.

At the old town hall, a traditional German fairy tale was retold: the story of the Christmas Daughter who was stolen from the moon. The narrative was reinterpreted in a contemporary way by Valerio Moser and realized as an audiovisual projection by KAUSTIK and Lisa Laser.
The audience could experience the story every half hour using headphones in the style of a silent disco. This created an intimate and focused experience in the middle of public space, where image and sound formed a personal connection.

The Restaurant Löwen was visually wrapped like a gift. The projections resembled wrapping paper that repeatedly opened, revealing wishes written by local schoolchildren. This turned the installation into a collective, local contribution, connecting imagination, community, and future visions.

The three installations showcased different facets of light art: playful, narrative, and participatory. Together, they formed an atmospheric walk that transformed Bad Ragaz into a lively, glowing storytelling space during the Advent season.
